Sharing one of my quick and easy comfort food recipes ~ Braised Chicken with Ginger and Spring Onion in Oyster Sauce. 🤗🤗

Ingredients
adabi Sos Tiram or Oyster Sauce
Half chicken
Cooking oil
Spring onions
Garlic
Shallot
Salt
Water
.
Methods
1. Marinate the chicken with oyster sauce for an hour or ideally overnight.
2. Heat the oil in a wok, add garlic, shallot, spring onions, salt and sauté it.
3. Add the marinated chicken with the sauce and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Add the water, reduce the heat to medium or low and slowly braise until the chicken is cooked.
5. Serve immediately with steamed rice.
